A 48 year old male was in a nursing home due to anoxic brain injury from a remote MVC. He wasn't completely paralyzed, but he couldn't really care for himself and had trouble understanding things....hence him being in the nursing home.
He was brought to the ER for a rape exam. When one of the attendants at the home went in to check on the patient, she found a male nursing home employee forcing the patient to perform oral sex on him! How horrible. Thankfully the exam didn't show any other signs of trauma.
I hope the offender gets castrated. For that matter....I think all child molesters and rapists should be castrated.

How appalling and saddening, even more so when you consider that sex offenders often get milder punishments than music piracy offenders. I totally agree with your last paragraph. If my hypothetical child would be raped and I knew by whom, I'd not only scream "bloddy murder." A lot of things can be pardoned, but rape isn't one of them.
Part of his punishment should be performing mandatory oral sex to all the prisoners that wants it and for a rapist, mandatory anal sex from all the prisoners that wants it, for life. The only punishment that fits the crime in my book.

Send him to jail to general population. They'll take care of him.

A colleague of mine many years ago walked into a room of the ICU she was working to see if the nurse in that assignment needed help only to find him on top of the patient. She called for help and the offender is now a former nurse and ex-convict it was a long time ago).
Sadly these things do happen and gives us all a bad name.

Nursing homes should teach the patients to Bite.
